He is survived by: his wife Laura Toomey (Brock) of Williamsburg; his children, Melissa White (David) of California, Dorothy Baker (David) of Williamsburg, Shaun Toomey, Franklin Broyles III of Williamsburg and Charles Broyles (Terrie) of Kansas City, Missouri; and his brothers, Frank Toomey of New Jersey and Bill Toomey of Cosby, Tennessee. He is also survived by many grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
