He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Underwood and Carolyn Rhodes Underwood; his brother Doug Underwood; and his grandparents, Russell and June Underwood.
He is survived by: his brother Greg Underwood of Richmond, KY; his cousins, Randy Beavers, Jawana Landreth and Rusty Beavers; and his aunt JoAnn Beavers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
