He was predeceased by: his father Otis Delmer; and his siblings, Diane Moses and Otis Reeves. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Joyce Reeves of Williamsburg, KY; his parents-in-law, James and Margaret Ellis of Williamsburg, KY; his siblings-in-law, Darrell Ellis of Williamsburg, KY, Les Moses of Williamsburg, KY, Jennifer Ridener (Jerry) of Corbin, KY and Connie Reeves of Williamsburg, KY; his nephews, Christopher Moses, Travis Powers and Aaron Ellis; and his niece Stephanie Reeves. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
