She was predeceased by: her parents, Messiah Kodama and Toshi Kodama; and her husband David W. Leach. She is survived by: her sons, David Leach (Breana Steel) of Williamsburg, KY and Don Leach of Williamsburg, KY.; her grandchildren, Austin Leach, Haley Leach and Gavin Leach; and her great grandchild Adalynn Leach.
