She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heavilin and Annie Heavilin (Madison); and her siblings, Carol Smith, Jeannie Vanuam, Kathy Hall and John Heavilin.
She is survived by: her children, Evon Dean of Corbin, Donna Dean of Corbin, Bobbie Hayes of Williamsburg and Jake Vanover of Corbin; and her sister Shirley Gaines of Springhill, Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
