She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Swiney and Ann Swiney (Sturgill); and her siblings, Thomas Swiney and Sandy Bowdler. She is survived by: her husband Fred of Williamsburg, KY; her daughters, Lisa Balagna (Kenny) of Belleville, MI, Deanna Heavens of Lincoln Park, MI and Susan Greenly of Williamsburg, KY.; and her grandchildren, David Balagna (Kim), Matthew Balagna (Sarah), Miranda Kind (Josh), Damian Nino, Nicholas Greenly, Megan Greenly, Billy Partin (Jessilyn) and Mariah Partin.
