She was predeceased by: her parent Thurston Witt; her sister Theresa Ann Witt Patterson; and her stepdaughter Tracie L. Neely. She is survived by: her husband John Lloyd Neely; her daughters, Lisa M. Moyer (Mike) of Morristown, TN and Tonya R. McCullah (Jason) of Whitley County, KY; her stepchildren, John L. Neely II of Akron, OH, Frank L. Neely (Eufama) of Akron, OH, Deborah L. Helm (Gary) of Houston, TX and Patricia L. Neely of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Sara, Isaac and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Kyley, Dylan, Ella, Ansley, Piper and Brinley; her niece Deanna Wilson; and her nephew John Patterson. She is also survived by several cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
