He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Burke of Corbin, KY and Tammy Andrews Farrell of North Beach, MD; his wife Angela Burke of Williamsburg, KY; his children, William Benjamin Mitchell of Williamsburg, KY, Samantha Jo Burke of Williamsburg, KY and Izabella Burke of Williamsburg, KY; his grandmothers, Gloria Farrell (Joseph) and Antoinette Dunn; his siblings, Jerry Lee, Brittany Scanlon of North Beach, MD, Brennon Burke and Donald Farrell; his mother-in-law Betty Sawyers of Williamsburg, KY; and his close friends, Lonnie Joshua Cox and Darren Schwab.
