He is survived by: his wife Alice Perry of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Josh Henry Perry, Jr. (April Fair) of Williamsburg, KY, Teresa Bethina Meadors of Williamsburg, KY and Chase Coty Perry (Latosha) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, George "Joey" Meadors, Dustin "Duck" Meadors, Dawson "Bo" Meadors, Christan Perry, Bentlee Perry, Brodee Perry and Braxton Henry Perry; and his siblings, Karen Faye Helton of Fulton, KY, Sharon Kay Silcox and Harold Vanover of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
