She was predeceased by: her father Walter Stephens; and her husband Howard "Red" Neal. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Neal (Elizabeth) of Williamsburg, Brenda F. Neal of Williamsburg and Sue Lewis (Danny) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Samuel Lewis and Tonya Privett; and her great grandchildren, Bailee Privett, Molly Grace Harmon, Payton Harmon and Jaycee Harmon.
