She is survived by: her husband Carl Meadows of Williamsburg, KY; her children, Carla Rose (Rabon) of Williamsburg, KY, Kim Early (Wayne) of Williamsburg, KY and Jason Meadows (Shea) of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Dylan Sergent, Sara Early, Jacob Early and K. K. Rose; and her siblings, Betty Kirby (Delbert) of Corbin, KY, Gail Rhodes of Williamsburg, KY, Jeanie Taylor (Jim) of Williamsburg, KY and Gary Patrick of Williamsburg, KY.
