He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Perkins of Williamsburg and Kathy Tibbs (Richard) of Rittman, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tarrah Perkins, Sierra Martin, Tiffani Perkins, Aaron Perkins, Justin Perkins, Danielle Ward, Allison Ward and Trevor Lee Perkins; his sister Bertie Meadors (Junior) of Williamsburg; and his siblings-in-law, Faye Delaney of Dayton, John Young and Ray Young of Corbin. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
