He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Margaret King (Diane King), Doc Everage and Cuz Hale; his daughters, Fleshia King of Clearfield, TN. and Crystal King of Clearfield, TN.; his granddaughters, Adriene Powell (Johnathan), Hannah Grady, Matilyn King and Destiny Hamblin; the mother of his children Peggy Thomas of Clearfield, TN.; his siblings, Vivian Hale of Black Oak, KY., Brenda Everage of Williamsburg, KY., Eddie King (Carrie Mae) of Williamsburg, Gary King of Williamsburg and Junior Ray of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Hale, Rodney Hale, Speed King (Lisa), James Everage, Lisa Teague (Ron), Melissa Mashburn (Dale), Wendy Bryant (Larry), Phyllis Kay Morgan (Joe), Becky King Shelly (Phillip), Stephanie Lawson and Walteena Hollis (Tim).
