He is survived by: his children, Jerry Wayne Caddell, Jr. of Williamsburg, KY and Shannon Barman (David) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Nicholas Wayne Barman and Chloe Angeline Barman; his brothers, Joe Caddell (Vivian) of Williamsburg, KY, Mike Caddell (Becky) of Farmville, VA and Steve Caddell (Kathy) of Dalton, GA; and his sister-in-law Brenda Caddell of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
