He is survived by: his wife Terri Ballard (Baird); his children, Jessica Villa, Casey Sharpless, Samantha Ballard, Pamela Sharpless and Shea Helton (Casey); his grandchildren, Shayna Sharpless, Grant Lawson, Bethany Roberts, Brooklyn Roberts, Kaliann Stephens, Khloe Davis, Cameron Surgener, Byron Helton, Kaden Davis, Damien Davis, Alexis Ballard and Jerrod Staggs; his great grandchildren, Aspen Root and Rylin Kidd; and his siblings, Mike Ballard (Liz), Gail Bordes (Mike) and Karen Wilson.
