He is survived by: his children, Jamie Teague (Anna) of Barbourville and Jennifer Teague (Tim) of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; his sister Marsha Cain (Danny) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Jasmine Elswick of Virginia, Sarah Teague of Barbourville, Kentucky., Gabe Teague of Barbourville, Kentucky. and Maddie Teague of Barbourville, Kentucky.; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Elswick of Virginia, Wyatt Elswick of Virginia and Gatlin Teague of Barbourville, Kentucky..
