He is survived by: his mother Sadie Mackey Smith; his wife Lisa Lawson Smith; his daughters, Megan Davis (Barron) and Jacqueline Arnold (Cas); his siblings, Mike Smith (Karen), Robin Haines (Steve) and Tom Smith (Dinah); his parents-in-law, Elmer and Doris Lawson; and his brother-in-law John Lawson (Jennifer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flower's donations can be made to the Shriners hospital in memory of Doug Smith.
