She was predeceased by: her parents, Janeus Fox and Edna Fox (Lockard). She is survived by: her husband Phillip Ray Prewitt of Williamsburg, Kentucky; her sons, Phillip Ray Prewitt Jr. (Ann) of Corbin, Steve Brian Prewitt (Amanda Lynn) of Richmond and Timothy Ryan Prewitt (Kristin) of Winchester, Kentucky; her brother Garry Fox (Crickett) of Corbin, Kentucky; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Prewitt (Jean) of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Cathy Croley (Melvin) of Glasgow, Kentucky. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
