He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Veach and Leuna Lay Veach; and his children, Little James Veach, Diana Veach and Donna Estep.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Perkins (Gary) of Jellico, Jerry Veach of Williamsburg and Andrew Veach (Betty) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Travis Tiller, Shea Tiller, Tabitha Estep Lee, Joshua Estep, Wendy Vermillion and Jessica Veach; and his sisters, Louise Moses of Williamsburg and Geneva Lowe of Williamsburg. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
