He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Devin Schultz (Jamie), Robert Weaver (Rosetta) and Tiffany Weaver (Robert); his grandchildren, Jacoby Weaver, Cayleen Morgan, Haygen Weaver, Rebecca Snyder, Cody Nix and Zachary Nix; his siblings-in-law, Ed Petrey, Phyllis Whitehead (Danny), Wanda Miracle (JR), Linda Cox and Tresa Grey (Chuck); his nieces, Kim Anderson, Makayla McKiney and Nevaeh McKiney; and his nephew Addison Anderson.
