He is survived by: his wife Mildred Matlock; his stepdaughters, Gail Engle, Saundra Spears and Letisha Owens; his stepsons-in-law, Wallace, Randall and James; his grandchildren, Travis Engle (Sherry), Joshua Engle (Jamie), Tabitha Elliott (Bobby), Leah Engle (Marcus), Elisha Spears, Jeremy Spears, Eric Spears (Shaina), Hannah Croley (Dillon) and Bethany Tillison (Domonic); his siblings, Lulu Hoskins (Bill), Alma Miracle (Grant), Susie Lantgen (Tom), Carol Mills and Edward Matlock (Beth); his sister-in-law Brenda Matlock; his stepsons, James Thomas and Bruce Thomas; and his grandson Brian Spears.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Steele-Harp Cemetery.
