He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Gibson and Freddia Gibson (Shears); and his siblings, Shirley Sawyers and Bud Marcum. He is survived by: his children, Keith Gibson of Williamsburg, Matthew Gibson of Washington, Malery Gustalson of Washington and Andrew Gibson of Williamsburg; and his siblings, Mary Hamblin of Williamsburg, Dalphia Johnson of Thomasville, Georgia, Linda Williamson of Williamsburg, Lewis Gibson of Williamsburg, Charles Gibson of Williamsburg, Wayne Gibson of Williamsburg and Fenley Gibson of Williamsburg. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
