He was predeceased by: his father Tommy White; his wife Patsy White; his children, Carl White, Margie Perkins and Anna Sue White; and his brothers, Ancil White, Johnny White and Thomas White, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Thomas White (Diana) of Corbin, KY, James E. White, Jr. (Kellie) of Rockholds, KY, Jerry Lee White of Williamsburg, KY and Mosella Lawson of Williamsburg, KY; and his sister Dorothy Hines of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
