He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Lewis (Jeffrey) of London, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Hannah Fraley, Kevin Lewis, Alexus Lewis, Devon Lewis and Natasha Lewis; his sister Imadean Sammons (Jennings) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Wanda Sawyers of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and his niece Stacie Hoffman (Jimmy) of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
