He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Hubbard (Corey); and his sister-in-law Shelly Hubbard Kucera. He is survived by: his father Harold Hubbard of Williamsburg; his brother David Hubbard of Annapolis, MD; his niece Emily Hubbard; his great-niece Jade Gonzalez; and his close friends, Tim Ballou, Donnie Witt, David Lennon, Robert Ingram and Debra Brown.
