He is survived by: his mother Margaret Christine Hall (Frances) of Corbin, KY.; his wife Lynn Hall (Clouse) of Corbin, KY; his children, Sara Vause of Corbin, KY, Curtis Hall of Lexington, KY and Hannah Ellison (Zach) of Keavy, KY.; his grandson James Ellison of Keavy, KY.; and his siblings, Eleanor Helton of Corbin, KY and Kevin Hall of Gulf Shore, AL..
