He is survived by: his father Wendell Middleton; his children, Derek Middleton, Andrew Hill, Alan Hill and Ashley Hill; his grandchildren, Levi, Grayson and Rosalie; his siblings, Bill Middleton, Ramona Mills (Rick), Jennifer Allen (Chris), Wendell Middleton, Jr. (Joyce), Wayne Middleton and Debbie Chamberlain (Wayne); his sister-in-law Carolyn Farmer (Julie Hill); and his close friends, Franklin, Penny Stewart and Lora Southard. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
