He was predeceased by: his parent Ules; his daughter Leann Meadows; his sisters, Hazel Croley and Brenda Hart; and his nephews, John Wayne Meadows and Mark Meadows.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Burchwell (Roy) of Lebanon, OH, Wayne Meadows (Kim) of Williamsburg, KY, Les Meadows (Becky) of Williamsburg, KY and Gary Meadows (Billie) of Edgefield, SC; and his close friends, Mike and Christy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and relatives.
