He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Leach of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchild Jaxsen Leach of Williamsburg, KY; his son-in-law Terry Partin (Cordia) of Williamsburg, KY; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Evans, Kelsey Evans, Rowdy Nichols and Rage Nichols; and his sisters, Ruby Estes, Ruth Hollaway, Shirley Adkins and Rose Adkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
