She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Millard and Elizabeth Aileen Collins; her husband Bob Monroe; her son Chad Monroe; her sister Sondra Owens; her sister-in-law Pat Collins; and her grandparents, John, Lillie Collins, Earl and Marie Hankins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Homer Collins (Deb) of Williamsburg, KY and Bernice Hyden (Chuck) of Buckhorn, KY; and her brother-in-law Robert Owens of Williamsburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
