He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Moses and Una Moses (Davis); and his siblings, Elmer, Erman Moses and Pauline McMinn.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Moses (Davis) of Williamsburg; his children, Sandra Jervis (Johnny) of Williamsburg, Patty Perkins (David) of Williamsburg and Harvey Moses of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Matthew Perkins, Sarah Perkins and Bethany Jervis; his brothers, Carl Moses (Vena) of Williamsburg and Edward Moses (Brenda) of Corbin; and his close friend R. C. Blakely of Williamsburg.
