She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Moore and Dorothy Moore (Croley); her husband Rex Lewis; her sons, Bruce Kirby and Daryle Lewis; and her siblings, Annie Durham, James Moore and Leroy Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Kirby (Karen) of Harrison and Duncan Lewis of Williamsburg; and her siblings, Lothita Bastin, Helen Moore of Rising Sun, Indiana, Carl Moore of Cincinnati, Harold Moore of Corbin and Kenneth Moore of West Virginia. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
