He is survived by: his spouse Vivian "Billie" Shelley (Manning) of Williamsburg; his sons, Denny Shelley of Williamsburg, Timmy Shelley (Becky) of Williamsburg and Todd Shelley (Michelle) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Denielle Braun (Adam) of Hazard, Hannah Shelley, Macie Shelley, Maddie Shelley and Jericho Shelley of Williamsburg; and his sister Roxie Baird of Williamsburg.
