He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Cox Lawson and Barbara Cox Hammons; his wife Wilma Thomas; and his children, Judy Ann Cox Watts, Sidney M. Cox, Velma Jean Cox Watts, Janet Bonita Cox Malone, Sheila E. Cox Irwin, Patty Faye Cox Gerry and Everett Russell Cox, Jr. (Although). He is also survived by his children named below; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
