She is survived by: her husband Paul Welch of Williamsburg; her children, April Karr (Robert) of Williamsburg and Paul Glen Welch (Melissa) of Corbin; her grandchildren, Nathanial Silas Karr, Robert Ledford Karr, Alexandria Glenise Welch and Mary Elizabeth; and her siblings, Lillie McGhee of Florida, Jeanette Rowlett of Illinois and Paul Davis of Ohio.
