He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Lee and Lula Wells McFarland; and his brother Freddie McFarland. He is survived by: his wife Mattie McFarland of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Latosha Gilreath of Williamsburg, KY, Estill C. McFarland (Crystal) of Williamsburg, KY, Kayla McFarland of Williamsburg, KY and Michael Moses of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Keaton, Colby, Daphne, Clayton, Nathaniel, Raylen, Marissa and Makenna; and his siblings, Ruth George, Viola Thompson, Alice Perry, Maudie Jean Thomas, Martha Jones, Imalene Smith, Pamela Faulkner, Donna Grubb, Samuel McFarland (Carolyn) and Burley McFarland (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
