He is survived by: his children, Tod F. Sweat (Rhonda) of Muncie, Amanda Huckaby of Jellico and Erman Franklin Perkins Jr. (Amy) of Sidney, Ohio; his grandchildren, McKinley Huckaby, Tiffany Lynn Lawson, Kaliegh Perkins, Kylee Sweat, Tyler Thornsberry, Kamara Hier, Tyler Huckaby, Emmajane Pennix and Skyler Huckaby; and his sister Hazel Fredericks Perkins of Sidney, Ohio.
