She was predeceased by: her husband Hoytt Smith; her children, Donald, Bruce Smith, Sue Reed and Ellen Lawson; her siblings, Edward Smith, Crit Smith, Jerry Smith and Edna Smith; and her parents, Homer Smith and Myrtle Clark Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lester Smith (Sue), Garey Smith, Paul Smith (Marcilla), Doris Byrd (Joe) and Sheila Burt (Royce). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
