He is survived by: his wife Kathy Powers of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Leighann King (Jason) of Grays, KY and Steven Powers (Nancy) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Courtney Hill (Melvin), Aaron Powers and Eason King; his great grandchildren, Aleigh Hayes, Maelie Hayes, John Lee Hill and Tate Hayes; and his siblings, Joan Wilson of Jenkins, KY, Jack Powers, Jr. (Monika) of Westland, MI and Vernon Powers (Nellie) of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
