He is survived by: his children, Andrea Meadows of Williamsburg, John Meadows of Williamsburg and Bradley Hill (Carolyn); his brothers, Gilbert Kelsey Meadows and Mark Meadows (Regina); and his close friend Teresa Snyder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
