He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Stein (Ronald) and Hope Richardson (Michael) of Williamsburg; his granddaughter Olivia Richardson; his great grandchild Lauren Nallia; and his siblings, Claudette Baird of Saxton, Charles Wayne Perkins of Saxton, Donald Blaine Perkins of Saxton and Jerry Edward Perkins of Saxton.
