He is survived by: his son Michael Burnett (Shena); his grandsons, Noah of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Benjamin Burnett of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, George Burnett (Helen) of Liberty Township, Lincoln Burnett (Wanda) of Lake Placid, Florida, Doris Wood of Richland, Pat Angel (Don) of Miamisburg and Betty Redden (Lolan) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and his pet Sadie.
