He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Caddell and Maudie Caddell (Smith); his wife Vinnie Caddell (White); his daughter Deva Sutton; and his sisters, Joyce Dean and Loretta Pitts.
He is survived by: his children, Tinnia Reynolds (Dexter) of Williamsburg, Donna Nunn of Wiliamsburg, Laronda Caddell (Roy) and Randall Caddell of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Amanda Sutton, Ashley Sutton, Jeremiah Griffith, Dustin Reynolds, Faith Reynolds, Tessa Smith, Tarrah Davis, Joseph Davis III, Justin Smith, Mark Nunn, Mitchell Nunn and Ethan Day; and his brother Ron Caddell (Carol) of Middletown, Ohio. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
