He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Perkins and Pauline Perkins (Grogan); his brothers, Rick Perkins and David Perkins Jim Perkins; and his son Johnny Lynn Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Perkins (Gardner) of Williamsburg; his sister Claudette Baird of Williamsburg; his niece Hope Richardson (Mike) of Williamsburg; and his brothers, Charles Wayne Perkins and Jerry Wayne Perkins of Williamsburg.
