She is survived by: her children, Misty Phillips (David) of Williamsburg and Jason Rhinehart of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Jacob Phillips, Jonathan Phillips, Joseph Rhinehart, Jasmine Siler and Daniel Harville; and her siblings, James Jones of Williamsburg and Nancy Jones-Vanover (Harold) of Corbin.
