He is survived by: his sons, Roy Blane Helton (Missy) of Pigeon Forge, Eric Ross Helton of Jacks Fork, Greg Kim Helton (Sharon Lynn) of Jacks Fork, Robert Byron Helton (Melissa) of Jacks Fork and Oneda Bain of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister Barbara Roberts of Jacks Fork; and his daughter-in-law Debra Speir of Williamsburg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
