He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rowe; his children, Chris Rowe (Angela) of Corbin, KY., Kenny Rowe, Ruby Webb (Cecil) of Dayton, OH., Tammy Rowe (Luis Marin) of Dayton, OH., Barbie Rowe of Dayton, OH., Tim Rowe of Dayton, OH. and Kevin Rowe of Dayton, OH.; and his siblings, Roy Rowe of Williamsburg, KY., Paul Rowe of Williamsburg, KY. and Jewelene McCullah of Williamsburg, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
