He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Molly Fields, Alvis Fields and Mary Meccas. He is survived by: his fiancée Annette Cox; his parents, Debra Radikker and Morlan Fields; his daughter Kenzie Grace Fields of Williamsburg, KY.; his siblings, Jennifer Godsey, Jessica Fields and Aaron Fields; and his sister-in-law Missy Fields.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
