He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rouse and Dorothy Konczal Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Peggie Rouse of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Nick Rouse (Rachel) of Bowling Green, KY, Matt Rouse (Casey) of Bowling Green, KY and Chris Owens (Rebecca) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Whitney Owens, Zach Owens, Hunter Rouse and Easton Rouse; and his siblings, Donna Michelstetter (Stan) of Madison, WI, Ruthie Simonson (Wayne) of Wallington, OH and Freddy Rouse of Medina, OH.
