He was predeceased by: his wife Sherri Adkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Creech (Tyler) of East Bernstadt, Kaprina Nicole Adkins of Williamsburg, Agnes Michelle Kellogg of Lily and Crystal Marie Adkins of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Emmett, Mia and Bentley; his mother Nannie Adkins (Smith) of Williamsburg; and his brothers, Michael Timothy Adkins (Victoria) of Williamsburg, Richard Martin Adkins and Robert Morgan Adkins of Utica.
